Full/Core Member

Faculty who are primarily responsible for achieving the center's mission and goals. These members are faculty at NCDRC institutions (Duke, UNC, WF, NC A&T). These members can access the cores and apply to the pilot program. They will be sent a quarterly newsletter and information regarding the annual symposium, seminars, events, and other pertinent activities.

Associate Member

Those faculty, collaborators, students, trainees and post-docs from outside the NCDRC institutions. These members can participate as a collaborator with a full/core member in the pilot program. They will be sent information regarding the annual symposium, seminars, events, and other pertinent activities.


NCDRC members…

  1. Participate in a diabetes-related research program

  2. Attend and present their work at NCDRC-sponsored conference s and webinars

  3. Participate in NCDRC activities, such as assisting in the review of Pilot and Feasibility proposals

  4. Provide information on grants, publications, and other NCDRC activities necessary  for evaluation of the NCDRC

  5. Acknowledge use of NCDRC resources in their grants and publications
